We've got lots of updates to share!
The first update is on our giving. We are in the process of switching giving platforms to reduce fees and streamline the giving process for donors.
If you are already a donor and have not yet switched over your giving, please do so as soon as possible! You should have received an email from us with a step-by-step process of making the switch (if not, please respond to this email to let us know). If you are not currently a donor, we would love to invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with us! You can give using the link below!
We are so thankful to those of you who partner with us financially so that we can do the work we do. We couldn't do it without you!
About a month ago, our friend and leader of Ignite, Josh Howard took a team of people with Ignite the Nations (the global missions arm of our organization) to Sri Lanka for lots of ministry including a 3 night crusade. To say it was powerful would be a massive understatement. In just those 3 nights, more than 20,000 people heard the Gospel, 1,170 shared they had made a first-time decision to follow Christ, and so many were set free and healed. If you have the time, I highly recommend watching these videos Josh shared as updates each night. I pray that seeing it with you own eyes, even through a screen, will touch your heart.
Ignite recently acquired the organization Discipleship.org! If you are unfamiliar with D.org, it is a ministry dedicated to helping churches and leaders become disciple-makers. We're really excited for all that God is going to do in this ministry and looking forward to being a part of it. A key way D.org will be partnering with AWAKEN in particular is in helping facilitate 1 day trainings for people the day after some AWAKEN Nights in a city. Nick is also writing some blogs for them! Those are linked HERE if you want to check those out; he's written two so far.
We are kicking off our fall season of ministry with an event in Indianapolis! All are welcome! Details below :)
LIFE UPDATE
Some of you know, but Mady has been experiencing some health issues and we are in the process of getting those worked out. Please be praying for her healing and for our family!
We're moving! It's a long story, but the Lord has continued to provide for us in really beautiful ways. We have been working getting our house ready to be sold and moving stuff into a temporary house while we search for the house that we hope to live in as our kids grow up.
On Monday, Nick starts his final class of his undergraduate program at Hope International University! We are super excited to be at the finish line and be able to put more time and energy into our family and ministry.

A partnership between AWAKEN and the ministry, Chi Alpha. There's a possibility that a partnership could develop which could open doors to campuses all over the country!
Our Ignite Youth Leaders Conference has been postponed to possibly December. We've been having difficulties keeping venues secured. Please pray that the venue works out for December so we can pour into youth leaders around the country!

Welcome! We are Nick and Mady Wise, we are U.S.-based missionaries under an organization called TheIgniteNetwork. The Ignite Network exists to magnify the King and multiply His Kingdom-- from Him, through Him, and for Him.
For the last 17 years, our friends Josh and Lashi Howard have led a ministry called Ignite, primarily working in global missions.Just last year, Ignite saw 84,054 people come to faith in Jesus, 122,614 people trained in ministry, and 11,525 churches planted. Praise God!!
What the Lord has invited us to do is to expand Ignite's presence further into the US by creating a network of ministries dedicated to the Great Commission, raising up disciple makers who carry the Kingdom of God everywhere they go and creating abundant ministry opportunities for those the Lord has called. We now have several "arms" of the network doing important ministry: Ignite the Nations (global missions), Ignite Hope (ministering to widows and orphans), Discipleship.org, Ignite Discipleship School, and AWAKEN, which is what the two of us oversee.

AWAKEN
AWAKEN is a worship ministry with a simple calling from the Lord: to awaken people to the love of God and the reality of His Spirit. Right now, our work is primarily putting on Campus and City AWAKEN Nights. In our AWAKEN Nights, we want to see people experience the profound freedom of the Gospel! These events consist of 2-3 hours of worship, prayer, speaking, and response; each minute is incredibly intentional in creating a space to encounter the Lord.
