March/April Ministry Update

Published 6 months ago • 2 min read

Hi friends :)

We have so many updates to share of AWESOME MINISTRY going on!!

Here are some photos/videos from our ministry adventures this last month:)

Photos from the AWAKEN Night at Hope International University! About 50 students came forward to receive prayer, many students encountering the Lord in ways they never have. One students was dramatically set free and ended up getting spontaneously baptized! Click the button below for the video of the baptism and students worshiping at the pool after the baptism! Such a cool moment!!

We had the wonderful opportunity to help lead a training at a church called New Story in downtown LA. It was such a beautiful time to witness what God is doing in this community! There were about 75 people at this training and at one point they went out to do a prayer and evangelism walk at various locations. There were so many testimonies of people encountering the love of God! It is such a privilege to be part of the growth of various communities as they learn how to walk with Jesus deeper and how to evangelize and make disciples in the spaces God has called them.

Last week we had the privilege of attending the Discipleship.org National Conference. Next year our team will play a major role in putting this event on! We're really excited to be a part of what God is doing in this ministry.

New with us? This is What we do.

Welcome! We are Nick and Mady Wise, we are U.S.-based missionaries under an organization called The Ignite Network. The Ignite Network exists to magnify the King and multiply His Kingdom-- from Him, through Him, and for Him.

For the last 17 years, our friends Josh and Lashi Howard have led a ministry called Ignite, primarily working in global missions. Just last year, Ignite saw 84,054 people come to faith in Jesus, 122,614 people trained in ministry, and 11,525 churches planted. Praise God!!

What the Lord has invited us to do is to expand Ignite's presence further into the US and into other areas of ministry by creating an open-handed network dedicated to the Great Commission, raising up disciple makers who carry the Kingdom of God everywhere they go and creating abundant ministry opportunities for those the Lord has called. In the very near future, we will see several "arms" of the network doing important ministry: Ignite the Nations (global missions), Ignite Church Planting (US and global church planting), Ignite Hope (ministering to widows and orphans), Ignite Discipleship School, and AWAKEN, which is what the two of us oversee.

Here are some more details about the ministry we primarily oversee, AWAKEN.

AWAKEN

  • AWAKEN is a worship ministry with a simple calling from the Lord: to awaken people to the love of God and the reality of His Spirit. Right now, our work is primarily putting on Campus and City AWAKEN Nights. In our AWAKEN Nights, we want to see people experience the profound freedom of the Gospel! These events consist of 2-3 hours of worship, prayer, speaking, and response; each minute will be incredibly intentional in creating a space to encounter the Lord. Here is our AWAKEN page, there is a form on it to invite us to your campus or city for the 2026-2027 School Year!

LIVING FOR HIM,

NICK AND MADY WISE

Welcome! We are Nick and Mady Wise, we are U.S.-based missionaries under an organization called The Ignite Network. We long to see people awakened by the Holy Spirit and mobilized for Kingdom impact. Through campus and city worship nights and a mobilization school, we’re creating space for people to encounter Jesus, grow in bold faith, and step into their callings. We’re believing for revival in our cities and on college campuses and we’re so thankful to have you with us on the journey!

HI FRIENDS :) We are excited to share what the Lord has been up to in the ministry and our hearts this last month. None of this is possible without your prayers, support, and generosity. We are grateful for each of you and how you have come around our family! Before we dive into some ministry updates, we pray this encourages you: They asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”John 6:28-29 We have...

SEPTEMBER 17THSEE YOU THERE. We’re just about a week away from Awaken Indianapolis! We are so excited for this night. We believe that when we enter the presence of Jesus, we walk away changed. We’re gathering to proclaim Jesus over our city, beginning with surrender in us. Nick and I would genuinely love to see you there. This is a free event and open to everyone, and we’d love for you to come experience what the Lord is doing through Awaken firsthand. Your support has helped make nights like...

Hi friends :) We've got lots of updates to share! The first update is on our giving. We are in the process of switching giving platforms to reduce fees and streamline the giving process for donors. If you are already a donor and have not yet switched over your giving, please do so as soon as possible! You should have received an email from us with a step-by-step process of making the switch (if not, please respond to this email to let us know). If you are not currently a donor, we would love...
