Hi friends :)
We hope you are doing well.
We are close to a month out from our very first AWAKEN Night and we are still in awe of what God did not just in the night, but in our team the week leading up to it. Even in our rehearsals our team was being deeply moved by the heart of God; it was so wonderful. We're really grateful for how the Lord brought this team together and made the night happen. Our ministry took a lot of great strides with this first run, and we are really expectant for the future of AWAKEN! As far as testimony from the night, there were so many. 6 people decided to get baptized, we saw lots of people come forward to receive prayer, and we have even received multiple stories of people being filled with the Holy Spirit and receiving callings to ministry and missions.
One person there was a college student who saw our ad on Instagram and decided to come. He had such a heart to heart with the Lord through worship and prayer and decided to come to our Discipleship School for training before going into missions. PRAISE GOD!!!

Beyond that, here are some other fun updates and prayer requests!
- Our next AWAKEN Night is 1 week away March 27th in Fullerton, CA at Hope International University!! Outside of that event, we have a lot of ministry commitments that week (trainings, speaking, prayer times, and worship leading). Please pray for us and our team!
- We have been asking the Lord to reveal where he wants us to take AWAKEN in the future. The Lord is stirring things in us and in our team that could expand AWAKEN beyond the current college events we are doing. Please pray for patience and discernment as we seek what the Lord desires to do with our ministry!

New with us? This is What we do.
Welcome! We are Nick and Mady Wise, we are U.S.-based missionaries under an organization called The Ignite Network. The Ignite Network exists to magnify the King and multiply His Kingdom-- from Him, through Him, and for Him.
For the last 17 years, our friends Josh and Lashi Howard have led a ministry called Ignite, primarily working in global missions. Just last year, Ignite saw 84,054 people come to faith in Jesus, 122,614 people trained in ministry, and 11,525 churches planted. Praise God!!
What the Lord has invited us to do is to expand Ignite's presence further into the US and into other areas of ministry by creating an open-handed network dedicated to the Great Commission, raising up disciple makers who carry the Kingdom of God everywhere they go and creating abundant ministry opportunities for those the Lord has called. In the very near future, we will see several "arms" of the network doing important ministry: Ignite the Nations (global missions), Ignite Church Planting (US and global church planting), Ignite Hope (ministering to widows and orphans), Ignite Discipleship School, and AWAKEN, which is what the two of us oversee.
Narrowing in now, here are some more details about what is going on with the areas we are involved in: Ignite Discipleship School and AWAKEN.
Ignite Discipleship School (IDS)
- IDS will offer two programs - an 8 week summer program and an 8 month program for students taking a gap year or recently graduated (from HS or college). Whichever program a student participates in, our goal is for our students to know the heart of the Father for them, to come alive in His Spirit, be fully trained and equipped to make disciples, and be sent out into the world. Wherever they end up, they will learn to carry the love and power of God every day. They will be trained in things like evangelism, prayer, spiritual rhythms, biblical literacy, leadership, etc. Our summer program starts June 1st! Know someone that would be interested? AWAKEN
- The goal of AWAKEN is this: we want to awaken people to the love of God and the reality of His Spirit. In our college AWAKEN Nights, we want to see students experience the profound freedom of the Gospel! These events will be 2-3 hours of worship, prayer, speaking, and response; each minute will be incredibly intentional in creating a space for students to encounter the Lord.
